Our students took to the stage — not the road — to make the case for the bicycle: colourful costumes, confident young voices, and one clear message about the everyday choices that keep our planet breathing easy.
A Stage Full of Small Environmentalists
Through imaginative acts, hand-crafted costumes and messages that landed well beyond their years, our students turned the assembly stage into a rally for the planet. The theme was simple: the humble bicycle, and everything it stands for.
Each performance built on one idea — that choosing a bicycle over a vehicle for short journeys cuts pollution, saves energy, keeps us healthier, and adds up to a genuinely cleaner future. It's a small switch with an outsized impact, and our students made sure the room felt it.
Earth, Clouds & Flowers Take the Floor
Young performers stepped into the shoes — and costumes — of the Earth, the clouds, and the flowers, bringing nature itself onto the stage. It was a vivid, joyful reminder that caring for the environment starts with small, deliberate choices we make every day.
At Global School, we see moments like these as core to how children learn. Activities that ask students to perform, imagine and take a stand build confidence and teamwork alongside the values we hope will stay with them long after the applause fades.
