👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent Partnership

GUIDELINE FOR PARENTS

At Global School, we believe that education is a collaborative journey between parents and educators. Below are essential guidelines to ensure smooth coordination, personal discipline, and academic progress for your ward.

📘

Daily School Diary

We earnestly recommend that parents review their ward's Diary regularly to ensure home assignments are completed on time. Please acknowledge any remarks from teachers and take prompt action.

📅

Calendar & Test Schedules

Parents are requested to stay informed about the school Activity Calendar and Cycle Test schedules to support their child's exam preparation and event participation.

Balanced Development

Encourage your ward to cultivate a balanced interest in academic studies, co-curricular creative activities, and sports arenas for well-rounded personality growth.

🤝

Parent-Teacher Meetings

Attend all PTMs to discuss your child's progress in a healthy, constructive atmosphere. These interactions build a strong rapport between home and school.

⏱️

Attendance & Regularity

Discourage absence on unnecessary grounds. If your child remains absent, ensure they cover all missed academic coursework promptly.

✍️

Self-Study Practice

Private tuitions should be discouraged as they tend to deprive students of self-study habits, self-reliance, and personal learning initiative.

📝

Communication via Diary

Write to the school through the student diary regarding any concerns or guidance needs. Concerned teachers will reply to resolve your query satisfactorily.

📞

Contact Information Updates

For smooth communication and emergency situations, any change in residential address or phone number must be promptly updated in the diary and notified to the school office.

🛡️

Half-Day & Campus Security

Once a child arrives at school, half-day leaves are strictly discouraged. In unavoidable emergencies, children will be handed over to parents only for safety and security.

🤝 Parent Involvement & Co-operation

Parental cooperation is crucial for maintaining school discipline and academic excellence. We expect your active involvement in guiding your child's studies, listening to their apprehensions, observing their attitude, and collaborating with teachers to foster their overall progress.
